Andrew Preston
Chief Executive Officer – UK, EMEA, & APAC
LinkedInA CEO with a wealth of international experience, Andrew’s well-known for his industry expertise. Having successfully developed various managed services businesses, working in FTSE 100, PLCs, PE backed and Private organisations, he is now focused on the growth and continued success of HireGenics.
Before joining HireGenics, Andrew was responsible for transforming Geometric Results Inc. (GRI) into a market leader. He has been coined as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Europe” (by Staffing Industry Analysts) and as both “European CEO of the Year” and “Game Changer of the Year” by Global 100. He was also recognised by the NW Institute of Directors as Director of the Year – Large Business. Andrew’s insight, “Doing Business After Brexit: A Practical Guide to the Legal Changes” has also been published by Bloomsbury Professional.
Art Knapp
Chief Executive Officer of HireGenics US
LinkedInAs Chief Executive Officer of HireGenics US, Art Knapp is responsible for the businesses’ growth and innovation strategies within the staffing and MSP sectors. Relying on his extensive knowledge of time-tested best practices, Art’s main objective is to enhance the acquisition of talent while delivering a lower total cost of ownership.
With more than 30 years of experience in the Human Resources industry, Art has been responsible for over 250 clients and was the first person to develop a shared services off-site model to support on-site teams.
Denise Turnbull
Vice President – Operational Transformation, UK, EMEA & APAC
LinkedInDenise is a results-orientated senior lead with a proven track record of specialising in turnaround strategies, driving performance and change management in the recruitment, healthcare, and retail sectors.
Having managed multi-million-dollar revenue operations across a diverse portfolio, Denise led her previous organisation through high-profile acquisitions and multiple exits.
Denise and Andrew share a thriving track record, working together to support their clients whilst bringing success and growth to the businesses they lead.
Emma Holland
Director of Business Finance
LinkedInA chartered accountant with over 25 years’ finance experience, Emma qualified with PwC and became an audit manager prior to moving into retail and then the staffing sector.
Before joining HireGenics, Emma was Group Financial Controller then Director of Finance for a market leading neutral vendor staffing business and played a key role in the successful MBO and subsequent growth of the business under PE backing ahead of its sale to a global workforce management business in early 2022.
Having accumulated a wealth of experience across financial management, strategic planning, M&A and cost optimisation, Emma builds and leads highly successful finance teams and strives for excellence in all aspects of financial reporting and control.
Steve Moore
Director of Growth
LinkedInSteve is an accomplished and results-orientated Sales and Account development professional, with strong commercial acumen, multi-sector experience and a major interest within the Health and Care sector. Personable and trustworthy, Steve is focused on driving performance through the creation of a positive, can-do, and collaborative working environment.
Steve has held Managing Director positions at a number of large scale agency providers, with a particular focus on health and care delivery across the UK.
Danielle Garland

A tenacious, dynamic and results-driven leader, Danielle has led and developed numerous client services teams to deliver operational excellence and drive a high-performance culture.
Having worked alongside Andrew and Denise for several years, Danielle shares their ethos of being motivated by truly understanding a business’s own unique needs and strategic vision, in order to foster successful client relationships, provide the utmost in customer service experience and continually exceed expectations.
Adrian Swindells

LinkedInAdrian has a proven track record within the staffing sector having delivered solutions, including Neutral Vendor, MSP and RPO, across multiple vertical markets.
He has taken responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients, transforming the service delivery models by striving to ensure evolution, innovation and a ‘better way of working’ is always at the forefront of every milestone. Adrian has also worked for multiple global agency and service providers with a focus on large scale, high volume operations.
